How
long will it take for my order to arrive?
We will do our best to ship your order out within 3 business
days. During sales and special promotions, it may take up to
a week or more to process your order. If this is a concern,
please feel free to email us to find out the expected delivery
date. |

Shipping
All items are shipped USPS. Each package is insured and you
will be emailed a tracking number so you can follow the progress
of your shipment. |

Payment
Payment can be made through our secure online shopping cart.
We can also take a check or money order. If this is the case,
please e-mail us with your order and we will let you know a
total and where to mail payment to. Your order will not be shipped
until payment is received and cleared. You may also call in
with your order and give your credit card info over the phone. |
Returns/Exchanges
We can accept returns within 7 days of shipment. You
must email us for an approval number. We try our
best to take clear, quality pictures to give you an accurate idea
of what the item will look like. We also state clearly as to what
materials are used. If you need further information or additional
images, please email us. We can also customize the jewelry to
ensure a perfect fit for you; this can eliminate many returns. |
Repairs
We completely stand behind our products.
We will offer free repairs on all our
jewelry for up to one year from purchase date. After one year,
a small repairs fee will apply if necessary. If you are in need
of a repair, please email us with how to proceed. |
